Join your association colleagues for the next Loudoun County Idea Swap!

Join us for the next meeting of the Loudoun County association community for a discussion about association issues. Pre-registrants will have an opportunity to provide agenda topics on issues they may currently be facing in their organization. Their topics will be addressed by participants in a round table format. In addition, every swap has a short presentation on a topic of interest to association attendees.

This is a fun, casual environment where you can meet new people and learn at the same time! And the conversations won't end at the door. Additional Loudoun County Idea Swaps are scheduled on the first Thursday of every other month throughout the year.

March Educational Topic: Best Practices for a Leadership Mentoring Program

Presenters: Dr. Kevin Nourse, Nourse Leadership Strategies and Dr. Alice Waagen, Workforce Learning

ASAE’s Loudoun Idea Swap covers many topics at each event and we always have a 20 - 30 minute presentation from a guest speaker.  Our March speakers, Drs. Kevin Nourse and Alice Waagen, will be speaking about the findings and insights of their best practice research on leadership mentoring programs for associations. Kevin and Alice spoke last year about implementing a formal leadership development program for volunteer leaders
