Onboarding new members is a vital part of the membership lifecycle. It sets the tone for member engagement, member retention and ultimately for member recruitment as word-of-mouth recruiting can be very rewarding. But what works? Tactics vary from new member welcome email campaigns to site visits and in many cases, budget and resources drive your onboarding capabilities and tactics.
