    Earn your CAE ethics point for 2024 by attending and participating in the Reston/Louden ASAE SWAP. Full participation in the session is required in order to earn a point. Note: Each participant must self-report to be considered as an approved CAE credit. 

    The panel will review several case studies and ethical dilemmas covering multiple situations.  The session is developed to facilitate the learning of the nine-step ethics process developed by the ASAE Ethics Task Force through participation in breakout rooms.

    Ann Link, CAE, Chief Operations Officer, National Association of Regional Councils

    Ann has ushered in next-level growth for several healthcare nonprofits and scientific associations by harmonizing people, processes, and technology. During her career, Ms. Link has been a nonprofit business consultant and served in senior leadership roles where she has encountered many of the ethical dilemmas presented in this session.

    Chris' career in the non-profit program management realm includes communications, relationship building, and stakeholder engagement with a focus on higher education associations. He has experience developing programs, marketing membership and events, managing budgets, and using analytical skills to drive operational excellence. His professional roles include Executive Director, Senior Director of Membership Strategy, Director of Membership, and Personal Coach.
