  • 1.  Employee Handbook Template for Members?

    Hello, Fellow Executives. I hope everyone is enjoying a beautiful spring season! I wanted to see if anyone has a suggestion for an employee handbook template for organizations in Oregon. OANP offers Practice Management Resources for our members (who run their own small, private practices) and would like to be able to refer them to a resource for creating their employee handbooks. All thoughts, ideas, and suggestions are welcome!

    Hi Linda, 

    SHRRM  has a sample employee handbook. An online search will identify over a dozen sources. 
    Of course they would need to be adapted for the nature of your members' practices and any relevant state law. You may also discover that some of the sources sell their work as intellectual property.
