    Speakers

    Tom Ciolkosz, Senior VP Nonprofit Relationship Manager M & T Bank

    Tom is a Senior Vice President Relationship Manager with M&T Bank. He has over 30 years of experience in the 
    banking and finance industry. Tom is responsible for developing and growing commercial relationships in the 
    Virginia, Maryland and Washington D.C. markets. His expertise includes working with Education, Not-for-Profit and Trade Association clients. He is currently a 
    member of the Greater Washington Society of CPA's (GWSCPA) where he Chaired the 2022 Nonprofit Symposium. He also serves on the Membership and Programs committee, and he previously served as Board of Director for the organization.  

    He is a Board of Director for HealthWorks of Northern Virginia. Tom is also involved with various associations including American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) and the Nonprofit Financial Accountability Task Force.  Tom graduated from the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business and the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management program in 2019.

    Gina Ni, Vice President Treasury Management Consultant, M & T Bank
    Gina Ni is a seasoned Treasury Management professional with 20 years in banking, including 
    10 years specializing in treasury solutions for corporate clients and nonprofits. Most recently a 
    Vice President at M&T Bank, she advised clients on cash management, risk mitigation, and 
    financial optimization.  
    A University of Maryland graduate, Gina brings financial expertise, strategic problem-solving, 
    and bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin. Skilled in financial analysis, project management, and treasury technology, she is committed to delivering impactful solutions. 
    Outside of work, she is a passionate traveler who enjoys exploring new cultures and learning about their history.
