Hello. Our credential program requires candidates to complete some short but mandatory steps in our exam prep package (which lives in our LMS) in order to access the proctored exam. (Steps include "Pre-Exam: How to Get Ready for Your Proctored Exam (REQUIRED)" and "Test Your Equipment (REQUIRED)")
I just found that half of our candidates who are taking the exam in the next week have not completed all of these steps. So I emailed them my Critical Steps instructions AGAIN. Note that some of our candidates get confused and frustrated on exam day because they can't access the exam, and they complain. I thought the proctors were the biggest problem, but I see that's not always the case. We are hoping to restructure/simplify our process and move the prep and exam out of our LMS later this year.
My question to y'all is how do you spoon-feed your exam instructions to your candidates? How do you require that they follow instructions?
Thanks for any advice!!
