Plan to get online and engage directly with employers from your home, office or anywhere with a computer! As a career activist, visit employer booths and chat with recruiters in real time about your background and experience as well as current and future career opportunities. Share your resume and ask plenty of questions. You don’t need to be in the active-search mode to benefit from seeing positions employers are looking to fill.

1. Register. Create your account and fill out the event registration form
2. Explore. Login before the event to learn more about participating employers
3. Upload your resume on CareerHQ.org (confidentially, if preferred) so that employers can reach out to you before the event
4. Search CareerHQ.org to see just the Virtual Career Fair job listings. Create a Job Alert to be notified of new jobs posted by participating employers
5. Attend the event and “get in line” for one-one one text-based chats with employers
6. Follow-up with recruiters and employers
